If God had waited until the present day to divinely inspire the writers of the Bible, I’m sure He would have insisted that the book of Job be written very much like a transcript of EE’s film.
I honestly think it would make a highly rated reality show. And if such a reality show had a name, my choice would be Sackcloth and Ashes.
I just hope I am a spectator, and not a participant.
