Or I'm having trouble adapting to Gmail, which seems to piggyback comments on top of each other, and I don't spot them all. If you're referring to captions I didn't include among the unchosen, I sometimes just post my favorites if there are a huge number.
I number them when I prepare them, but sometimes I post them in a different order, and this time I forgot to change the number. #100 will be up soon enough. I'm amazed that the quality is being maintained, and even rising after so many.
Gmail's piggybacking can be very annoying. Livejournal comments get stacked the same way and it's a good thing no one ever comments on my LJ or I might miss some.
Not referring to captions. I figured you just listed a few of your favorites and I promptly forget most of the ones I send in anyhow. I also know you don't (generally) blacklist or block posts (we've been through that discussion, lol) so they had to be dropping off into cyberspace again.
Gmail groups emails into "conversations", which means that anything with the same subject line gets lumped together. You can create filters and/or highlight messages, but so far I've not needed to try out these features.

Unchosen captions:
Crushing the hopes of authors, torturing millions trying to do their taxes...an Evil Editor's work is never done.--writtenwyrdd
If Satan doesn't get me in soon, I'm going to work for the other side. --writtenwyrdd
What are Sonny and Cher doing in the antechamber of Hell? --writtenwyrdd
The line read "Amount you want refunded to you." $1,000,000 sounded fair at the time. --R. Lyle Wolfe
Hey -- ah, either of you interested in buying a watch? A kidney? --anon.
That caption is hysterical. I still think the couple in teh picture look like Sonny and Cher, though.
Seriously? 100 cartoons already? Evil on overtime...
Cartoons 96, 97, 98 must have been really bad...?
I've got to say, EE, blogger is still eating about half of my comments, even though they appear to go through.
