Doing NaNoWriMo?

Get feedback on your first 150 - 200 words. Plus suggestions on where to go from there.

The first few paragraphs can make or break you; EE & his minions want to tell you what you're doing wrong.

Great idea!

I'm not writing a nanonovel this year - I already have several years' worth to edit! I'll be interested to see if anyone is brave enough to take you up on this.

By the way, is there a reason that you have both comment moderation and recaptcha? It seems a bit belt and braces.

Comment moderation is so I can weed out human comments that are ill-intentioned and unhelpful and not even entertaining, like Your writing sucks, why don't you get a job at McDonalds and quit bothering us?

Captcha is so spambots can't constantly send me comments about how great my blog is along with links to their blogs, which sell acia berries.

Maybe we should send in some of older beginnings, too, to give minions some practice.

We could always try endings. If the last 150 words are dreadful then it might save churning out the preceding 85,850 between now and the onset of Festive Elf Mania...

Has no one played yet? Are people emailing them in or do you want them in the comments?

No one has submitted yet. Email or comment, they will be posted on the CONTINUE SOMEONE'S OPENING page (link in sidebar).

Well, that's a shame. I'll play for fun. Emailing you now.
