So, I put them in order from least (1) to best (5). But how are they submitted?
After you put them in order, there should be a button at the bottom that says Done or Submit. Press it. Your result will be accessible by me.
I hate to say this, but there's no Submit/Done form.
Though, of course, we all submit to EE.
Well, I tried it on Google Chrome and MS Internet Explorer with popup blockers off and neither one presents a submit or done button.
Interesting. It's there on my screen. I'm in Firefox, wonder if that matters. In any case, you may email me with your ranking, or wait while I try to figure out what's up.
Okay, on my other computer, the "Done" was barely visible, bu I was able to expose the rest of it by grabbing the ballot and pulling it upward. It took several tries, but the ballot doesn't end at the last title; it also has the Done box, and below that the Survey Monkey logo. So try scrolling within the survey a few times. If that doesn't work, email your votes to evledtr@gmail.com.
The good old fashioned tab key gets you to the done button.
You and your new-fangled mouses and trackpadses.
Worked fine on mine. I'm using Safari.

I use SAFARI and you have to scroll inside the voting box to get the SUBMIT button.
