Why you don't get published.
This sounds more like minions than like EE himself, who is always more witty and helpful.
Being on the query skewer can suck. I totally sympathize, having been there recently myself. But truly, the minions criticize because they care. It's like a form of tough love from a big, happy, highly dysfunctional family. Stick around and participate in the features long enough and you'll see what I mean.
By the way, I love the caption, WW!
Evil made it better, as per usual.
I'd like to take this opportunity to type a bold-faced, all caps NICE JOB completely sincere compliment directed at our beloved/repulsive Evil Editor for the recent string of witty and imaginative Blog Posts!!!! I've really enjoyed them; even now I am reduced to a state of gushing minionship. Thanks EE!!ME
Me! Me! I'm next! Me!
EE has been on the hilarity train a lot recently.
Q) "WAITER! What's this fly doing in my soup?"A1) "The backstroke sir." A2) "I didn't notice it, madam. We charge more for meat."A3) "It can't possibly eat as much as you do."Q) "WAITER, there's a hair in my stew!" A) "Certainly Madam, It's Hassenpheffer."
I always knew you had a day job, EE.
Good one, WW!!!
"Hello, I wish to register a complaint!"
