Held throughout the month of May, the auction is your chance to get your work in front of agents and editors, meet famous authors, purchase vacations, jewelry, autographed books, etc., and most importantly, to force other people to bid higher than they want to for stuff they want and you don't care about, so that they hate you forever. All while helping raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for diabetes research.

While that's a generous and creative offer, may I just point out that signing is not necessary as deaf people can actually read.
Wouldn't say no to a few of the razor techniques you use to hone your muttonchops to perfection.
