Note to the zoologically challenged: There's no such thing as a talking giraffe. Or a grunting, mooing, or bellowing one. Giraffes, for reasons which are obvious when you think about it, have no vocal cords.
OTOH, a giraffe would be a guy's dream date: a tall, long-legged blonde who only orders a salad at dinner and can't talk.
Did you know a giraffe has the same number of neck vertebrae as any other mammal? The exceptions to the rule are owls, which have an extra one--hence the ability to turn their heads nearly backwards on their shoulders.
