Success Story


Chelsea Pitcher reports . . .

My novel "The S-Word" sold to Gallery Books thanks to the help of you and minions!!!! I can't even articulate how thankful I am for all the the help I've received from your site, but suffice it to say, I will never forget it!!! "The S-Word" was featured on your site as Face-Lift 855 and New Beginning 824. It comes out in 2013.

I could always pick out your voice in the sea of new beginnings and queries. It was just a matter of time, the right book, the right agent and the right publisher.     Awwww, Phoenix! *blush* Thank you for your kind words, and for posting the query link!!!!

    For those who are interested in these kinds of details, I almost always submitted to agents who wanted sample pages. I figured it increased the chances of getting a request--an agent who didn't love the query might take a peek at the pages anyway, and might end up liking them. You never know!
