Success Story

EE Blog Kudos
I have my first professional fiction sale, "Copper Boss," at Flash Fiction Online/ in the current issue. I got the idea while doing the recent EE Blog hard-boiled detective exercise (Detective story 9). The writing exercise post and "Copper Boss" both have elements of fembot attractiveness. That's the theme of "Copper Boss." I frequently get new ideas while doing the exercises, so it is definitely worthwhile. Thanks, EE.

    Congrats, Bill! I was published with them a few months ago and was very, VERY impressed with their professionalism. I would recommend Flash Fiction Online to anyone looking to sell a flash piece!

    Thanks all. No, I'm a fill-in father-of-the-bride. The actual meaningful aspects of the rehearsal went fine today, but the videographer and rehearsal dinner cook were no-shows with no warning. Sheesh. I now have more respect for bridezillas. Many vampire stories will arise from today's experience.

    I can only assume, then, that the original father-of-the-bride is taking the wedding off in order to submit his writing exercise to EE?
