The September book, How I Got Published, is available at Amazon. I note that a number of new and used copies are available for as little as a dollar (plus $3.99 shipping). Whether these would get to you as quickly as Amazon delivers might be worth looking into if you are seeking a discount. In addition the author has a few extra copies he'd be willing to donate to anyone whose budget can't handle it, and who wants to participate in the chat. Check your library first; then let me know if you'd like one of these copies.

My library doesn't have it. I would like to participate, but would also feel like a jerk getting a free copy...
I'll put you down as a yes. When you hit it big you can buy a copy of another book for some aspiring author.
Okay. But only after I buy all of the volumes of Novel Deviations.
Thanks ; )
Ooh, I already own this book! Depending on the chat date and time, I might actually participate for once.
Great book, too, I think!
Whoo hoo! I actually have this book.
Does happy Snoopy dance.
I'll have a read of this one. I may not be able to join in the chat (because I keep unsocially early hours) but I like to see what everyone's reading.
PS To Kiersten: I can't think of anyone more deserving to have a free copy.
Hey, FH, for some unknown reason I always pictured you with an ethereal mohican...
FairyHedgehog! A picture! I'm so excited!
And thanks ; )
Not that it makes much difference, but I work weekdays from 3:00-12:30 am. 11:30 am to 12:30 am if we pull overtime.
Sorry to shatter your dreams, WO. Maybe that can be my next haircut...
Glad you find it exciting that I'm visible, Kiersten. It's a bit of a cheat as it's so soft focus. I look a lot older in real life.
Maybe we should do these on weekends sometimes?
Is this a companion to your book "Why You Don't Get Published?"
Or, did we finally figure out who you are. The author of both books, so you have the entire writers market covered.
Aw, FHH, you look so cute! I can tell you're thinking deep thoughts. And don't try to deny it—I know a deep-thinker when I see one.
Right now the only nights I can't do at all are Tuesdays.
But weekends might interfere with my new stripping job.
I would like to take part and my library doesn't have a copy, but overseas postage isn't nice and I haven't been participating on the blog much lately.
EE, check your computer or website. When entering your site just moments ago, I received a warning from my anti-virus program that it was removing a Trojan virus that was trying to enter my computer.
My computer is scanned regularly for viruses. In fact, the process is underway at this moment. So far it appears clean.
Somewhere in the library system where I live is a copy of this book. Efforts to locate exactly where have not so far been successful.
Aw, freddie, you're so sweet to me.
